1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 Administrator - help.domoplata.ru

1.2. 1.3 User - any person who is a visitor of the Website.

1.4. My Account - a specialized section on the Site, protected by special protection means, containing user and other information, including the history of performed operations, providing the User with an opportunity to perform actions provided for in the User Agreement for My Account.

1.5. Registration on the Website - User's actions performed on the Website, aimed at registration in the Personal Account, as well as providing the Administrator with primary user information, for the purpose of further conclusion of a contract under the terms of this User Agreement, and obtaining access to the Personal Account.

1.6. Services - functionality of the Website, including services and tools available to Users within the framework of the Website, providing access to services provided to Users by the Administrator using the functionality of the Website and/or other resources owned or used by the Administrator on legal grounds.

2. SUBJECT MATTER AND PROCEDURE OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the procedure and terms of the User's use of the Site, and also regulates the rights and obligations of the Administrator and the User (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”) arising in connection with the use of the Site.

2.2 The Agreement is a public offer of the Administrator addressed to the Users to conclude an agreement on the use of the Site in the manner and on the terms provided by the Agreement.

2.3 Under the Agreement, the Administrator provides the User with access to the Site and Services on the Site free of charge on the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license, and the User undertakes to use the access provided to him only within the limits of those rights and in the ways provided by the Agreement. With regard to the use of individual Services may be established additional conditions, rules and restrictions. The Administrator may at any time revise or change the terms of provision of the Services, supplement, modify, limit, expand the functional capabilities of the Site and/or the Services, including the terms of the User's access to the Services or separate functional capabilities of the Site.

2.4 The User's actions aimed at using the Site, including, but not limited to, browsing and/or searching for information posted on the Site, Registration on the Site, sending information through the feedback form posted on the Site, as well as the performance of other actions aimed at using the functionality of the Site by the User, is a full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement (acceptance) by the User within the meaning of Part 1 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2.5 In case of disagreement of the User with the Agreement or its amendments, the User shall refuse to use the Site.

2.6 The peculiarities and conditions of Registration on the Site and use of the Personal Cabinet are regulated by a separate agreement concluded between the User and the Administrator, as well as instructions posted on the Site and in the Personal Cabinet.

3. SITE USAGE RULES
3.1. The User is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms and conditions of the Agreement before accepting the Agreement (clause 2.4 of the Agreement) and fulfill the requirements established by the Agreement.

3.2 The User is prohibited to:

3.2.1. use any program codes designed to distort, delete, damage, simulate or violate the integrity of the Site;

3.2.2. in any other way destroy and/or modify any information posted on the Site.

3.2.3. use software tools (programs, scripts, robots) to read the information contained on the Site.

3.2.4. use or attempt to use the Site to create obstacles or inconvenience to third parties;

3.2.5. affect or attempt to affect the availability of the Site, in particular by means of DOS (denial of service) or DDoS (distributed denial of service) attacks;
